The Arbutus contains in-suite washer and dryer units, a 5-foot, one-piece, fiberglass tub and shower, modern flat panel or shaker cabinetry, laminate countertops, flush-mount high-efficiency LED lighting, and state of the art heat pumps to provide energy efficient heating and cooling.
