The Porter is named after Mount Porter, which lounges on the shores of Sproat Lake and Great Central Lake in central Vancouver Island.
The Porter is our largest single-module home, capped with a full sized bedroom and bathroom at either end. A home office, studio, or gym space, and a open-concept living room and kitchen comprise the rest of the home.
High end heating, cooling, and lighting systems keep the Porter bright and comfortable, ample glass and vaulted ceilings make it feel spacious, and intelligent design means no space is wasted.
